We spent an amazing day at Decoded's offices last Wednesday with an inspirational group of women. While gaining digital enlightenment in a day from the wonderful Decoded instructors, we also started the discussion around the implications of having so few women in tech and some of the great initiatives that are being put in place to improve this.

Jane Martinson wrote a great piece about some of the key points and learnings from the day which you can find here: http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/womens-blog/2014/feb/11/coding-women-program-year-code-children-girls

And for those of you with a Times subscription, Eleanor Mills wrote a review here: http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/comment/columns/eleanormills/article1373020.ece
